Welcome to my new site.
For those who don't know me, here's a little background :

I'm addicted to horsepower. Basically, your average car nut. I was introduced to sports cars by my father, when he brought home a Porsche 944 Turbo in Christmas of 1992. Since my first ride in that car, the first time I've been held back in the seat at wide open throttle, I was hooked. Thank god that happened, I used to be infatuated with SUV's. Hell, I wanted a Nissan Pathfinder or a Isuzu Rodeo so bad. What the hell was I thinking?

Since then, I've secured a job at a software company that pays me fairly well... well enough to support this expensive hobby of mine. I even bought that old Porsche 944 Turbo from my father. When I started looking for more horsepower, I was introduced to the idea of a standalone ECU for the car. I picked out the SDS system because of local support, and the rest is history. I learned all the tuning tricks from various internet sites and forums, and have now tuned a large number of cars which make excellent reliable horsepower on pump gas, mostly for friends and family.

My philosophy for engine tuning is simple. Push the envelope of pump gas, to make reliable daily drivers which can double as weekend track cars. Hopefully, with all the knowledge that I've acquired over the years, I can explain it well enough so you can tune your own cars successfully, and reliably.

I've also recently begun dabbling in suspension tuning thanks to getting hooked on AutoX competition. Power isn't everything you know! So hopefully in the near future, I can expand the articles to include some suspension tuning tricks that I've learned. Last but not least, I also run beyond.ca, one of Canada's largest and most active automotive forums. If you have any questions regarding tuning, modifications, or just looking to chat with a whole bunch of other gearheads, remember to register at beyond.ca to post on the forums!
